Our office is always eager to receive feedback from you on the performance of our interpreters and English Language Officers (ELOs).
Did the interpreters or ELOs contact you in advance if any program adjustments were necessary?
Did they fill our local program evaluation forms, if provided?
Were they professional in their appearance, interactions, and communication?
Your feedback to these questions, as well as any other issues which you might deem important, are helpful to the State Department as we determine future assignment for our linguists.
We are always looking for positive feedback when our interpreters and ELOS do particularly well, but please let us know if there are any problems you think that we can help resolve.
